Litter AP Update: 9 Week Weighing

Litter AP is nine weeks old now. There are 2 bucks and 2 does remaining in this litter and they are all scheduled to go to new homes  next weekend.  At nine  weeks of age, we like to see the kits weigh around 4.50 pounds and all but one are at or over this target.  In another week, these kits will be at 10 weeks of age and 100 days from their date of conception.  At that time, we like to see kits’ weights fall within market weight range of 4.50 to 5.50 pounds.  All four of the remaining kits  in this litter will easily meet this target which makes them good examples of the quality New Zealand White breeding stock we offer here at 100Days Rabbitry.

Weights of the bucks in pounds: 4.81, 4.28.

Weights of the does in pounds: 5.03, 4.50.
